A large sterling silver drinking flask with hidden central compartment for a cigar. This is a stunning piece, very simple in design, but very high in quality. The flask has a soft curve to it which was designed to make it comfortable in a pocket, following the contour of the body. The thick gauge flask has a classic bayonet lid that is in working, sealed condition and can be used without issue. The hidden gem to this quite unique flask is the compartment in the base. This central lid can be opened to store a cigar, and this helping to combine two great pleasures in one. Flasks like this with other compartments rarely come up, and one in such superb condition for being over one hundred years old, less frequently still.
The flask is in superb condition throughout. The lid is a classic bayonet style fitting, secure, and with a cork liner to prevent any leakage. Made in London, England, in 1907. The makers marks are quite rubbed and a little hard to distinguish. This is perhaps the best gift for the cigar and whisky aficionado that has everything!
